I wonder if walking can burn off the calories contained in a medium-sized packet of crisps.
Let’s do the (unscientifically grosstimate) math.
100 grams of potato crisps = 490 calories
60 minutes of brisk walking for 98 lbs (my weight) = 194 calories.
Not so much, eh..
But don’t feel bad just yet!
Doing it under the blistering heat of noon, where the sun is right on top of your head, wearing long sleeves and lugging a 2-kg. notebook may just add 300 calories!
Heh heh.
